Don’t give up. Never give in.
I was at my wits end last week. I had been doing 18:6 IF and the scale hadn’t budged in almost 2 weeks. I wanted pizza, soda, cupcakes. I just wanted to throw the towel in…but I didn’t.
Now, finally, this morning those tricky 2 lbs are gone! It seems so miniscule just looking at that numeral, but it is freaking HUGE when it shows on the scale! I know those weekly 1, 2, and 3 lb losses stack as the weeks fly by. Persistence. Perseverance. Patience!
I just needed to share this little victory for those of you feeling how I was feeling. You don’t need that pizza, and that pizza doesn’t need you. Keep your head up, be stubborn, and hang in there.
