2019 is going to be my year. Down 50+ lbs already.
This year I’m going to do my damnedest to hit a healthy BMI range for my height. Last year I focused more on diet and shed the first 50 some odd pounds. This year I’m adding in daily walking and some strength training. Once I lose a bit more I’ll start intermittent jogging and walking. My goal is to be able to run regularly and start rock climbing again. Running is something that really feels freeing for me but with my current weight is too rough on my shins and feet. And rock climbing is just too difficult at my current weight, not to mention embarrassing. That’s going to change. This is my year. <3
